Privacy policy.

DuoWall creates wallpapers and mockups on your device. The app has no accounts, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics, and does not send your designs or imported images to us.

Images you choose

DuoWall uses the system photo picker and file picker to import only images you select. Image editing, palette extraction, and rendering happen on your device. The app does not request access to browse your entire photo library. Imported images are copied into the app’s private storage. Mockup imports can retain original image metadata in that local copy. Wallpaper imports are resized and re-encoded.

Saved designs and preferences

Saved wallpaper designs, autosaved wallpaper and mockup drafts, collection names, saved color palettes, and preferences are stored locally in the app’s private storage. DuoWall does not operate a cloud account or synchronization service. Your device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.

Exports and permissions

DuoWall asks for permission to add images to Photos only when you choose to save there. You can decline or change that permission in iOS Settings. Mockups can also be exported to Files. Photos, backup, cloud-storage, and other services you choose to use with your exported files handle those files under their own privacy policies and your settings. DuoWall does not automatically publish your creations.

Retention and deletion

Local saved designs, palettes, preferences, and imported image copies remain in the app’s storage unless that data is removed. To remove all of DuoWall’s local data, use Delete App in iOS Settings; Offload App keeps documents and data. Exported images in Photos, Files, other apps, or backups are separate copies and must be managed there. We cannot access or recover your local designs.

Contacting support

If you email hi@duowall.app, you choose to share your email address, message, and any attachments. We use that correspondence to answer your request and troubleshoot issues. Email providers process those messages to deliver the service. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. You can email us to ask about or request deletion of that correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Scope and updates

This policy describes the DuoWall iOS app and support correspondence. Website hosting may have its own operational logging, which must be described on the website. If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated. Questions about privacy can be sent to hi@duowall.app.
